To help us help you, please include the following in your first message when relevant:
- Your account email (the one you signed up with)
- Device and OS (e.g. iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 18.4)
- App version (Settings → About)
- What you were trying to do, what happened, and what you expected to happen
- Screenshots or a short screen recording, if it helps
Common topics
- Account & login. Trouble signing in, resetting your password, or deleting your account — email us with the address on the account.
- Billing & subscriptions. Questions about a charge, refund, or canceling a creator subscription — include the date and last four digits of the card if you can.
